Wassat Harem Pants

Denim, Not Sweatpants

The denim line is made primarily of cotton with a touch of spandex: it has the look and fit of jeans, with the freedom of movement of harem pants. That’s what makes all the difference in how they’re worn: you can wear them to work, around town, or on the go—anywhere light-weight harem pants would look too casual.

A cut that covers without bagging

Low rise, roomy legs, tapered ankles: the silhouette stays defined instead of bagging. The roominess isn’t just a style choice—it covers the body’s contours and allows for total freedom of movement, whether for prayer or everyday life.

Colors that go with everything

Black, gray, raw blue, light blue: the four shades of the classic denim wardrobe. An oversized T-shirt, a sweatshirt, a shirt—anything goes, without having to think twice in the morning.

Brand

What is the Wassat brand?

Wassat is a men’s modest clothing brand specializing in loose-fitting styles inspired by streetwear: denim and cargo harem pants, coordinated sets, and swim harem pants. Its mission: to help people adhere to modest dress codes without wearing clothes that look like they’re from another century. It’s this urban style that has made the brand a hit among young Muslim men.

Size

How do Wassat harem pants fit?

Generally: order your usual pants size. The characteristic loose fit of harem pants is built into the design, so you don’t need to go up a size to achieve it. The small amount of spandex in the denim also provides some wiggle room at the waistband. If you’re unsure between two sizes, email us your measurements: we’ll respond with the exact size you need.

Style

What to wear with Wassat harem pants?

Just like jeans, follow this rule: volume on the bottom, simplicity on top. An oversized solid-color T-shirt or a sweatshirt for everyday wear, a loose-fitting shirt for a more dressed-up look, and white sneakers or high-top shoes on your feet. Black denim goes with everything, even in situations where light-weight harem pants might seem too casual.

Care

How do you care for a pair of Wassat denim harem pants?

Just like high-quality jeans: machine wash at 30°C, inside out to preserve the color, and air-dry rather than tumble dry to protect the spandex. The cotton-spandex blend retains its drape wash after wash; the raw colors, like all denim, will develop a slight patina over time—which is actually a plus.
